Industrial lithium cell with high energy density and 100 Ah capacity, manufactured on the basis of safe LiFePO4 technology. The battery is made of high-quality materials and does not contain any toxic chemicals, which guarantees a long service life.

LiFePO4 is a very safe technology, with no spontaneous combustion, no fire and no explosion. The self-discharge rate is very low. There is no memory effect - the cells can be recharged in any state of discharge.
All ELERIX cells are thoroughly tested in Tier 1 factories before distribution, including during production and before shipping. The ELERIX brand is characterized by the high quality of its cells, which are mainly class A.

Industrial Lithium cell with high energy density and capacity of 100 Ah, is made using LiFePO4 (LFP) technology. The battery is made of high-quality materials and does not contain any toxic chemicals, which guarantees a long service life.

All ELERIX cells are thoroughly tested in Tier 1 factories before distribution, including during production and before shipping. The ELERIX brand is characterized by the high quality of its cells, which are mainly class A.

Discharge
Test The following graph shows the discharge capacity test + discharge current of 1C in the voltage range of 2.15V – 3.35V.

 

 


Operating instructions

  • Before using the cell for the first time, the cell must always be charged to full voltage
  • The initial charge must be made with a low current at max. 0.5C - i.e. 50 A for a 100 Ah cell
  • Cell terminals must be protected from dirt, damage and short circuits
  • Cells must be monitored and protected against deep discharge and overcharge
  • Charging and discharging must be carried out under supervision

 

Initial charge
The cells are pre-charged by the manufacturer to a conservation charge (usually 30-50%). Before using the cells for the first time, they need to be charged with a low current. The first charge should not exceed 0.5 C - i.e. 50 A for a 100 Ah cell.

When charging multiple cells for the first time, connect them in parallel, and the charger outputs should be connected to both ends of the parallel cell rows.
We recommend using chargers specifically designed for LiFePO4 cells. The first charge and initial balancing of the entire set is an important step in achieving a long service life.
